"Step by Step in the Community" was the theme for the Fourth Annual Monroe County Farm Women's Achievement day held at the Pickaway church November 9.

Mrs. S. M. Ellison, county president, welcomes the 200 club members and guests who attended. Miss Irene Spitz, Red Cross recreation director of Ashford General hospital, talked to the group "on "Planning Recreation for the Community." Reports of club work club presidents and county com- 'mittee chairmen showed what steps had been made in the past year.
