Wedding and engagement forms may be picked up at the Journal editorial offices from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours and weekends, they are available at the Journal Cen- ter security gate on Jefferson NE. Engagements must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the wedding.

Wedding announcements will be published up to three months after the ceremony. Robert Webb In 1947 and 1997 Webb Robert "Bob" J. and Shirley F. Webb recently celebrated their gold- en wedding anniversary. Si Bob Webb married Shirley Francl Vuly 12, 1947, at Warren Park Pres- byterian Church in Cicero, 111. Mr.
