Diego Mazon. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Meza and the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs.

Robert Davis. Maid of Honor was Adri-anne Sloman. Jean-Paul Davis, brother of the groom, served as best man. The new Vanessa Dana Torrez and Roman Sanchez Jr. exchanged marriage vows in a double-ring ceremony Sept.6, 1997, at St.

Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Albuquerque. The bride is the daughter of Jack Torrez, and Phil and Dorothy Marrujo of Albuquerque. The groom's parents are Roman Sr. and Bren-da Sanchez of El Paso. The bride was attended by her aunt, Nanette Lovato.

Eric Saldivar uncle of the groom, was best man. After a honeymoon trip to Reinert, Marquez Melissa Karen Reinert and Manuel Marquez were united in marriage in a recent ceremony. The double ring ceremony took place at the Prairie Star restaurant with the Reverend Charlie Price officiating. The bride is the daughter of Richard and Sandra Reinert. Parents of the bridegroom are Albert and Lena Marquez of Artesia, N.M.

Denise Watson and Ray Polvadore exchanged marriage vows in a recent ceremony at the University of New Mexico Alumni Memorial Chapel. The bride is the daughter of James 0. Watson of Albuquerque and the late Mamie Watson. Tina Cooper of Cros-byton, Texas, is the mother of the bridegroom. Mrs. Davis is a 1997 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of New Mexico with a degree in psychology. She js a Color Guard instructor at Cibola High School in Albuquerque and Santa Fe High School. Davis is a 1992 graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, with a degree in computer science. He works as a software developer for Baranoff Software in Albuquerque.

The couple reside in Albuquerque. Tanara Bowler, the bride's aunt, was matron of honor and Kerry Polvadore, the groom's son, served as best man. Also attending were Geraldine Loretto and Jacoba Watson. The bride is a training analyst with the city of Albuquerque. The groom is self-employed.

The newlyweds are making their home in Bosque, N.M. Serving as matron of honor was LuAnn Hopper. Albert Marquez, father of the groom, was best man. Following a California cruise, the newlyweds are making their home in Artesia. The groom is a firefighter for the Artesia Fire Department.

The bride is a radiologic technologist for the Artesia General Hospital. Las Vegas, the couple are at home in Albuquerque. The bride is employed by Norwest Bank. The groom is employed by Advantage Car Rental. He is also a student at the University of New Mexico.

Unser, Wieser Davidson, Arellano Peterson, Arlowe Torres, Schultz The Church of the Risen Savior provided the setting for the recent double-ring wedding ceremony of Carol Lynn Torres and Brian Eugene Schultz. The bride is the daughter of Gilbert and Anna Torres of Santa Fe, N.M. The groom's parents are Dan Schultz of St. Louis, and Marilyn Skaggsof Belleville, 111. The maid of honor was Suzanne Hill of Fort Worth, Texas.

The groom's brother, 1 r. pi i. Cyndi Unser and Tim Wieser were united in marriage on Aug.23, 1997. The double-ring ceremony took place at the La Hacienda Bed and Breakfast in Bernalillo, N.M. The bride is the daughter of Bobby Unser and Barbara and Richard Neff Parents of the groom are Bill and Marianne Wieser.

Serving as matron of honor was Leslie Hylebek. Mark Uihstadt was best man. Also Catherine D. Peterson and Robert M. Arlowe exchanged marriage vows in a recent double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Phil Peterson and Holly Harrison of Albuquerque and Jeanne Whitehouse and David Kammer, also of Albuquerque. The groom's parents are Duane and Norma Elizabeth Davidson and Joseph P. Arellano were united in marriage Aug.9, 1997, at the St. Francis Cathedral in Santa Fe, N.M. The bride is the daughter of Theresa Gutierrez of Santa Fe, N.M.

The groom's parents are Jose and Josephine Arellano of White Deer, Texas. The bride was attended by Terri May. The newlyweds honeymooned in Florida. They are making their home in Albuquerque. as best man. After a honeymoon trip to Maui, Hawaii, the newly-weds are making their home in Albuquerque. The groom is a program coordinator with the minority engineering program at the University of New Ryan Schultz, served as best man.

John and Kristine Stichman, of Albuquerque. The future groom is the son of Donald and Shirley Atencio of Albuquerque. Don and Opal Hargrove are celebrating their 67th wedding anniversary. Don Hargrove and the former Laura Opal Cooper were married Nov. 1, 1930, in Indianapolis, Ind.

Hargrove worked in the Albuquerque Transit System and Mrs. Hargrove was a homemaker. He retired in 1973. They are the parents and in-laws of Doris Hodgson; Gene and Judy Hargrove; Jack and Priscilla Stark; Don and Pat Daily; and Keith and Carol Buhrman. They have 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Homer Wllhelm in 1937 and 1997 Wilhelm retiring in 1983. Mrs. Wilhelm retired from the Albuquerque Pub-he School Cafeteria after 10 years of service. They are the parents and in-laws of Larry and Diana Wilhelm; Martha Snyder; Rick and Gail Kir-by; June Buford; and Neal and Janet Clingan. They have 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Stern, Allen The engagement of Darcie Lee. Stern and Robert Christian Allen has been announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David E. Stern, of Las Cruces.

The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Allen of Albuquerque. Plans are being made for a June 27, 1998, wedding at San Albino Catholic Church, Old Mesil: la, Las Cruces.

Homer and Maude Wilhelm celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Thursday. They were married Oct.30, 1937 in Clifton Forge, Va. They moved to Albuquerque in 1948. Wilhelm was employed by Sandia National Labs for 35 years before Mr. and Mrs.
