1 The Morning News, obituaries R. Clarke Davis CHESTERTOWN, Md. Clarke Davis, 73, of Kent died Thursday at his home an apparent heart attack. Until his retirement in Mr. Davis was the owner operator of Davis Hardware Chestertown.

He is survived his wife, Elizabeth M. Davis; a brother, J. Wamsley of Philadelphia, and two sisters, Rebecca Davis and Cornelia Davis, both of Chestertown. Services will be tomorrow afternoon at 2 at the First Methodist Church, Chestertown. Friends may call tonight at the Marvin V.

Williams Funeral Home, Chestertown. Interment will be in Chester Cemetery. Elwood J. Tatman BRIDGEVILLE Elwood J. Tatman, 77, of near Bridgeville, died yesterday in Milford Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

Mr. Tatman was a retired farmer. He never married. He is survived by a brother, Raymond M. of Bridgeville.

Services will be tomorrow afternoon at 2 at the Hardesty Funeral Home, 202 Laws Bri dgeville, where friends may call before the service. Interment will be in St. Johns- Lottie M. Tucker BRIDGEVILLE Lottie M. Tucker, 62, of near Bridgeville, died yesterday in Baltimore City Hospital after a long illness.

Mrs. Tucker was divorced. She is survived by three sons, Avery Jr. and James both of Greenwood, and Levin, Bridgeville: a daughter, Lucinda Huey of Bridgeville; a brother, James Paul Joseph of Bridgeville, and 14 grandchildren. Services will be Monday morning at 11 at the Hardesty Funeral Home, 202 Laws Bridgeville, where friends may call tomorrow night.

Interment will be in St. Johnstown Church Cemetery, Greenwood. Sophia Williams DOVER Sophia Williams, 70, of near Dover, died yesterday in Courtland Manor Nursing Home, Saulsbury after a short illness.
