Houston Sr, of Bear and Slaughter Beach, was married to Harry Cannon Short III June 7 at noon in the Cathedral Church of St. John. The Rev. Albutt L. Gardner of Milford performed the ceremony.

A reception followed in the Green Room of the Hotel du Pont. PARENTS of 'the bridegroom are Mr, and Mrs. Harry Cannon Short II of Wilmington. Mr. Houston gave his daughter in marriage.

Mrs. PaulLe Vasseur of New Castle was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Lynn Ogg of Montclair, N.J.; Miss Agnes Quaciarl of New Castle, and Miss Ann-Daly Short of Boston, sister of the bridegroom. THE best man was Richard H. Truitt of Linwood, Pa.

He is the grandson of Mrs. Harry C. Short of Wilmington and the late Mr. Short, and the late Mr. and Mrs, David J.

Smyth of Philadelphia. After a wedding trip through the south the newlyweds will reside in Quantico, Va. where the bridegroom is serving in the Marine Corps. Lunt Jr. received master's degree at Columbia University on June 2. Mrs. Lunt, the former Miss Christine Janes, daughter of Mrs. John C.

Janes of Wilmington, was granted an MBA in the field of Marketing Management. Her husband, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. R.

Lunt of Chadds Ford, earned a master of science in chemical engineering and is enrolled in the doctoral program. The wedding of Miss Barbara Ann Hoinowski and Alan Arthur Mueller took place at 2 p.m.' June 7 in the Unitarian Fellow, hip, Newark. The Rev. Robert M. Joseph A. Ogonowski of Haydcn Park and Mr. and Mrs. Roman Grabowski of Lyn-ford. Matron of honor was Mrs.

Her husband will receive his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Princeton University this month. After a year's study in Finland on a Fulbright scholarship, he plans to enter Harvard University Graduate School. He is a captain in the Army Reserve.
