HERRERA Norman F. Herrera, age 28, passed away November 1997 in Albuquerque. He was an eight and a half year resident of Albuquerque coming from Salt Lake City, Utah. He will be missed by his family as being a very loving husband, father, brother and son. He is survived by his father, Marcelin Herrera of Ojo Calente; mother, Benilda Herrera of Albuquerque; wife, Michelle of Albuquerque; three sons, Florencio, Phillip and Zachary Herrera all of Albuquerque; daughter, Champagne Herrera of Albuquerque; brothers, Melisendro and Robert sisters, Nancy, Norma, Novine, Loretta, Doris, Pauline and Sheila; 30 nieces and nephews and numerous other family members.

Services are pending and will be announced. Arrangements entrusted to the Crestview Funeral Home 12504 Candelaria NE, 332-4227. KILL Albert L. Kill, a previous resident of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, November 21, 1997, at Columbine Care Center West Nursing Home in Ft. Collins, Colorado.

He is survived by his sister, Regina Anderson of Glendale, CA; brothers, Merrill Kill of Omaha, NE and Francis (Tony) Kill of Stockton, CA; sister-in-law, Mary Alice Kill of Ft. Collins, CO; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Kill was preceded in death by his wife, Neola; parents, Henry and Frances Kill; and brother, Louis Kill. He was born July 15, 1908 in Maryville, Missouri.

Mr. Kill was a Veteran of WWII having served in the US Army from 1944 until his honorable discharge in 1945. He was united in marriage to Neola Smith in 1947. Mr. Kill was an accountant with the US Department of Agriculture for many years in the Kansas City area.

He retired in 1972 moving to Albuquerque. Mr. Kill had resided at New Mercer Collins Assisted Living Facility in Ft. Collins for the last one and one half years. Rosary will be recited Sunday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd.

Sanchez will be held in the mortuary chapel on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Arrange-' ments by the Salazar Sons 400 3rd St. SW. SPARKS Jean Sparks, 75, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, November 19, 1997.

She is survived by her three children, Gary Hein of Solana Beach, CA, Dan Sparks and wife, Anna of Whangarei, New Zealand and Ruth Hoffman and husband, Will of Albuquerque. Other survivors include five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; as well as her brother, David Dykes and wife, Betty, also of Albu- querque. In 1982, she retired after many years as -personnel manager of J.C. Penney in Albu- querque. She was a member of several chapters, of the Family Motor Coach Association and trav-r eled extensively in her retirement.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 1:00 p.m., at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Menaul NE, with Pastor Hal Nilsson officiating. The family requests that memorial contribution be made to the pipe organ fund at St. Luke Lutheran Church. Cremation arrangements were by Sunrise Society of New Mexico, 891-8200.

TAYLOR Wilma Pauline Taylor, 73, died Saturday, November 22, 1997. Pauline's celebration began June 2, 1924, on a farm in Nebraska. Pauline's education consisted of Lutheran Parochial school, high school, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. She was united in marriage to Dean Taylor in 1945. From 1945 to 1979, Pauline', served her country.

Her career began as a civfl-i ian with the Air Force with an assignment, in. Guam and the Philippines. She returned to the United States and lived in San Diego where she' passed her civil service exam. Upon completion' of the exam, Pauline was employed by the Navy, as a civilian for almost six years. Then she joined the Foreign Service, where she served 23 yearsi" Pauline's assignments took her all over the Some of her assignments included Ethiopia, Uruguay, South Africa, Bolivia, as well as Wash- ington, D.C.

Pauline retired in 1979 moved to Albuquerque, NM, where be began a second career by teaching at TVI from 1983 to 1996. One of Pauline's avid interest was hiking. She Ied( hikes for the New Mexico Mountain Club for 15! years. Pauline hiked rim to rim of the Grand Canyon, Pikes Peak and across the Sandias numerous times. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church.

Pauline is survived by four sis- ters, Helen Gehring and Leona Schievelbein of Arapahoe, NE, Julia Thomas of Western, NE, and Mildred (Mickey) Snider of Mineral Wells, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memo-, rial service will be held Tuesday, December and husband, Capt. Christian Henger, USMC; grandchildren, Stefanie, 3, and Thomas Henger, 1 12, all of San Diego, CA. Also surviving are her parents, J.J.

and Ruth Griffin of McAdoo, Texas; brothers, Howard Griffin of Lamesa, Texas and Jack Griffin of Albuquerque and a sister, Sue Gilmore of Lorenzo, Texas. NE. LANDMAN Walter J. Landman, 69, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, greatgrandfather, received his Angel wings, just like he said he would, November 20, 1997. He will be greatly missed, but will remain in our hearts forever. He is survived by his wife, Maria, "Lola" Landman; sons, David A.

Sanchez and wife, Petra, and Joseph Landman and wife, Sandra; daughters, Betty Baca and husband, Raymond, Tresa Villa and husband, Anthony, Phyllis Downs and Joe Garcia and Frances Montano and husband, Max Lawrence 12 grandchildren; 6 greatgrandchildren; mother-in-law, Rosa Sanchez; brother, Felix Landman and wife, Ann of Beaver Falls, PA; sisters, Ann Wrobel of Farrell, PA, Jenny Binkowski and husband, Henry of Beaver Falls, PA, Emily Landman of Beaver Falls, PA and Sophie Topolski of New Castle, PA; and numerous family and friends who will miss him. Services will be held at San Felipe Catholic Church in Old Town with Rosary recited on Sunday, 7:00 p.m., November 23. NE. MONTANO-Espidy B. Montano, a resident of Los Lunas and formerly of San Mateo, passed away on November 20, 1997. Espidy was born on September 27, 1917. She was a member of the San Clement Catholic Church and Choir.

She loved to crochet, quilt, ceramics, garden, cook, bake, sing and dance. She enjoyed going camping and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Willie C. Montano, of the family home in Los Lunas; children, Johnnie, Bessie, Vickie and Karen. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Saturday November 20, 1997. Survivors include his wife, Ines Fought, of the family home; one son, John Fought and wife, Debbie of Albuquerque; three daughters, Catherine Bullens and husband, Jimmy, of Moriarty, NM, Carmen Van Patton and husband, Vance, of Gibsonia, PA.and Georgetta Fought, of Albuquerque. Also surviving are nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; one brother, Kenneth Fought and wife, Margaret, of Hereford, AZ; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and many friends. Cremation will take place and there will be no services. Cremation arrange-ments by Sunrise Society.

GALLARDO Edwardo Aaron Pineda Gallar-do, died November 15, 1997 in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Burial took place in Durango, Mexico. GAUTHIER Ruth Gauthier, age 84, passed away November 22,1997 in Albuquerque. She was a 35 year resident of Albuquerque coming from Athol, Massachusetts. She is survived by two sons, Guy and wife, Louisa Gauthier of Tijeras, NM; David and wife, Shirley of Florida; four grandchildren, Kathy Banks, Mark Gauthier, Denise White and Jeff Gauthier; 11 great-grandchildren. The family would like to express their appreciation to all the staff at the Albuquerque Manor Care Nursing Home, 500 Louisiana Blvd. NE, for our mothers care in the last years of her life.

Gutierrez will be held on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the mortuary chapel. A Rosary will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Salazar Sons Mortuary, 400 3rd St.

SW. HAGEDORN-The family of Mrs. Faye N. Hagedorn, would like to thank all their relatives and friends for their kind expression of sympathy extended to them during their bereavement. Kinlen, born in 1933 in Pennsylvania died November 20, 1997 with his wife, Rozonna Loree at home. A resident of Albuquerque since 1961. He and his wife established Flying Review Magazine in 1969, it grew to be a national publication. Both were pilots. He was a past president of the New Mexico Aviation Association, and a founding member of the successor organization the New Mexico Pilots Association, which was affiliated with the US Pilots Association.

Survivors include a brother, George Kinlen of Lincoln Park, MI; sister, Sharon also living in Michigan; his son, Christopher of Albuquerque; daughter, Leslie Loree, married to Capt. Roz was Editor of the Flying Review Magazine which they founded in 1969. She was an active volunteer and member of several aviation organizations including the 99's, NM Pilot Association, US ALBRIGHT William R. (Bill) Albright, 78, pissed away Friday, November 21, 1997 at St. Joseph's Hospital after a short battle with Cancer kidney failure. Bill was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge-Ballut Abyad, Eastern Star-San Marcial Ch.
