Feminist-bookstore owner Adele Wallace was on the other side of the street in a tiny bookshop promoting books she calls "Ms. America." Wallace surveyed a line estimated by police at 15,000 waiting for Stern to autograph copies of his book and acknowledged that she was Miss-ing out. "It's almost like we're invisible. That's what's so frustrating.
