Other properties with which Mr Bauer has been affiliated include the Biltmore and Plaza Hotels in New York and the Belleview Biltmore. widely known Florida west coast resort hotel. Mr. Bauer has also operated his own hotel in Westport. Conn.

As soon as a home can be readied for occupancy, Mr. Bauer plans to have his wife, Mrs. Bauer, the former Patricia Ware of Bronxville. N. and Hot Springs, and their four children here.

Part of the new equipment is shown above as experts hoist a field burner stack at the main plant, along the Jackson Ave. side between Mill St. and Kendall Ave. The stack towers 125 feet in the air and will be used to burn off unusable gases from the refining process. Approximately one-quarter of the foundation work for the new addition is already poured.
