Collins, 72, passed away Herman Harris Herman Harris, 48, of 961 Independence died Nov. 14 at St. Thomas Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Morvell, A I- A L. I SILVER LAKE died Nov.

16. She was born in Akron and lived most of her life in the area. She was a member of The Church in Silver Lake where she was a deaconess member and was a volunteer at St. Thomas Hospital. Mrs.

Sharp is survived by tons, umu muu nvvu in mis a) community for six and a half years. He was 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army, serving as sergeant 1st Nov. 17. A resident of Akron and Bar-berton for 28 years, he retired from the United Mine Workers after 17 years service.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus. Mr. Collins is survived by wife, I tf class, and had served in Viet Nam. He was a member of St. Paul A.M.E.

Church, where he was on the Steward Board, choir member and assistant choir administrator, on the Finance Committee, a member of Leona M. Brown WADSWORTH Leono M. Urbano Dorothy F. Urbano, 65, of Akron, died Sunday, Nov. 17, at St. Thomas Hospital, after long illness. Mrs.

Urbano was born in Bari, Italy, on July 29, 1920, and came to the Akron area 59 years ago and was a member of St. Sebastian's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, in 1979. She is survived by sons, Patrick of Stow, Michael of San Diego, California, and Joseph of Cuyahoga Falls; daughter, Mrs. Toni (Bruce) Wells of Akron; seven grandchildren; and sister, Ange-line Merz of Akron.

Eugene Mer-vis, 65, formerly of Akron, died at his residence in Lexington, Friday. He was born in Akron, and had been associated with LeRoy Jewelers before moving to Lexington, where he became Executive Vice President of C. H.

Rauch Co. Mr. Mervis was the beloved husband of Anne (nee Weisberg); devoted father of Mrs. Arlene Cohn and Mrs. Ellen Kelley, both of Lexington; dear brother of Harold of Sunrise, Nathan and Mrs.

Shirley lederman, both of Akron; and grandfather of three. Services will be held at the W. R. Milward Mortuary, Lexington, Monday at 10 a.m. Interment Lexington Cemetery.

He was an employee of the Goodyear "and Rubber Co. for 37 years as a tire builder, retiring 24 years ago. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Polish National Alliance No. 1099, a former Fifth Ward councilman, and a precinct committeeman in Barberton.

He is survived by sons, Frank of Norton, Leonard of Barberton, Richard of Doylestown, Bernard of Wodsworth, and Joseph of Clifton, N.J.; daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Clara) Ddnko of Dunedin, and Mrs. Walter (Helen) Modzelewski of Tallmadge; 19 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
