Thomas P. Alley Sr. Mrs. Sallie Mae Alley, 77, of Crestview Apartments, 2700 Market died yesterday in Delaware Division after a long illness. A native of Wayne Coumy, W.Va Mrs.

Alley had lived in Wilmington for 17 years. Sli2 was employed as a sales clerk by Robert Hall of Wilm'ngton and retired in 1957. Mrs. Alley was a member ef Deaths Co ington. died in I960.

She was a member of Mt. Calvary AME church in Concord and the Allen AME church of Philadelphia. Services will be tomorrow-afternoon at 2 at the Mt. Calvary AME church. Friends may call tonight at the Reese Funeral Home in Dover.

Interment will be at the church cemeterv. Mrs. William W. Covington SMYRNA Mrs. NV.ra V.

Covington. 89. died Tuesday at the State Home at Smyrna after a long illness. She was a native of Concord and had been living with her nephew. William Laws of Dover, until llor husband.

Relatives, friends and members of the Pulaski Legon and the Defiance AA Club are invited to attend 'he- funeral from the STANLEY James Palmer BERLIN, Palmer, 70, of Taylorville, died Tuesday at Peninsula General Hospital, Salisbury, after a long illness. He was a school bus operator in Worcester County after retiring as an engineer with the Reading Railroad in Philadelphia. Mr. Palmer was born in Berlin and was a lifelong resident of the area. He is survived by his wife.

Lillie four brothers. Calvin of Berlin, John and Woodrow, both of Salisbury, and Edward of Eden: and a sister, Mrs. Ethel P. Elliott of Berlin. Services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 at the Burbage Funeral Home, Berlin, where friends may call one hour before the services.

Interment will be in Berlin's Evergreen Cemetery. His age was not disclosed. Mr. Hearne was vice president of the Imperial Reading Manufacturing a Lynchburg clothing business, and was an employe of the firm for 40 years. Mr.

Hearne, who was born in Sharptown, was a meinber of the Lynchburg Centenary United Church, the Choptank Masonic Lodge No. 138 in East New Market, and the Kizam Shrine Temple in Roanoke. He is survived by his wife, Lily Mae; a son, Garland of Secretary; a daughter, s. Kenneth Bennett of Baltimore four brothers, Horace and Roland of Laurel, William of Easton, and Edward of I in-wood. and two sisters, Mrs.

Melvin Powels of Easton and Mrs. Dallas McGce of Sharptown. Services will be held this morning at 11 at the Mt. Vernon United Methodist CIii.tcp, Sharptown. Interment will be in Sharptown Firemen's Cemetery.

Tollefsen, 58, a plant engineer for the Du Pont Co. in Wilmington during 1958 and 1959, died in Beaumont, yesterday. A native of Chicago, Mr.

Tollefsen joined Du Pont in 1941 at the Kankakee Ordnance W'orks in Illinois, and was appointed works manager at Du Pont's plant in in 1970. He is survived by his wife, Genevieve, and two sons. Interment and services will be in Beaumont. Mrs. Hazel Green EARLEVILLE, Md.

Mrs. Alice H. Green, 73. of near Earlesville, died yesterday in General Division, Wilmingtcn, after a long illness. Mrs.

Green was a lifelong resident of the Earleville area and was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, Ce-cilton, Md. She is survived by her husband, Hazel Green; a daughter, Mrs. Bernice Dean of Elkton, three brothers. Medford Hall of Baltimore, Herbert Hall of South Bowers Beach, and Wilbur Hall of Frederick-town, two sisters, Mrs. Dora Merchant of Elkton and Mrs.
