Dick Sr. Mrs.

Kathryn L. Dick, 62, 400 burg; a son, R. Carlton Segars of Mardela Springs; two broth ers, George A. Magers of Feder-alsburg and Harry H. Magers ol Cambridge; seven grandchil Lutheran Church.

She also was member of the Wilmington Coin Club, the Paper Money1 Collectors of Michigan, the: American Numismatic Associa tion and the Holloway Terrace Civic Association. She is survived by her hus band, Frank J. Pivarnick, and her mother, Mrs. Anna Ander son, and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Gibbons, both of Wilkes-Barre.

Services will be Tuesday afternoon at 2 at the Gebhart Funeral Home, 531 Delaware New Castle where friends may call Monday night. Inter ment will be in Gracelawn Me morial Park. Lusby Moffett SNOW HILL, Md. Lusby Moffett, 57, died at his home on the Mt. Ephraim Farm near here Tuesday of an apparent heart attack.

Mr. Moffett, a native of Kent County, was manager of the Mt Ephraim Farm. He has no immediate survivors. Services will be this afternoon at 2 at the Fellows Funeral Home, Millington. Interment will be in the Shrewsberry Epis copal Cemetery, Kennedyville There will be no viewing.

James T. Taylor Harold Simpson Harold Simpson, 69, of 600 Springer St. died yesterday in Wilmington General Division after a short illness. He was born in England and came to the Wilmington area 44 years ago. He was a chemical operator for Atlas Chemical Industries, Inc.

Mr. Simpson is survived by his widow, Mrs. Edith Holmes Simpson; three daughters, Mrs. Doreen Elwood, at home, Mrs, Eliane Czajkowski, Elsmere, and Mrs. Patricia Ciabattoni, Mill Creek Trailer Park; a sister, Mrs.

Bertha Swallow and a brother, George Simpson, both of England; 13 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. Services will be Tuesday morn ing at 11 at the Smith Funeral Home, 25th and Market where friends may call Monday night. Interment will be in Silverbrook Cemetery. Dick Jr. and W. An drew Dick both of Wilmington; five grandchildren and her mother, Mrs. Martha C. Lang of Wilmington.

Eva Pzegon Soha, 77, of 204 S. Penn Clifton Heights, died yesterday in Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital, Darby. after a short illness. Mrs. Soha was the widow of Anthony Soha, who died about 10 years ago.

She was born in Poland. She is survived by a son, Walter Soha, Kentmore Park, a daughter, Mrs. Charlotte O'Tanyi, Clifton Heights; two brothers, Michael Pzegon, Drex- el Hill, and Walter Pzegon, Woodlyn, and three grand children. Cain, 67, of 108 Box wood Road, Woodcrest, died yesterday at Brandywine Springs Nursing and Convales cent Home, 505 Greenbank Road, after a long illness. He was the husband of Mrs. Flossie E. Cain, who died last month. Mr.

Cain retired five years ago from Pennsylvania Rail road, where he had been em ployed as a ticket seller for several years. He was a member of Peniel Methodist Church and the Oriental Lodge, Surviving are two sisters, Miss Carlene Cain of Port Deposit, and Mrs. Mildred West of Baltimore. Services will be Monday after- noon at 2 at the Nichols Funeral Home, 210 N. James New port, where friends may call tomorrow night.

Interment will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park. James E. Todd James E. Todd, 27, of 2608 Wilson Brandywine Estates, died yesterday in the Baltimore (Md.) City Hospital after an illness of six years. He was born in Baltimore and lived in Wilmington most of his life.

Pivarnick, 58, of 707 East Ave. Holloway Terrace, died yesterday in Wilmington General Division after a long illness. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, and lived in the Wilmington area 22 years. She was a member of Zion dren and 19 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 tomorrow afternoon at the Williamson Funeral Home here, where friends may call from noon until the time of service.

Mrs. Alice H. Nickerson, 68, wife of Bryan W. Nickerson 702 Erdman Road, Westview, died yesterday at the Delaware Division after a short illness. She had been an area resident all her life and lived the past 12 years in Westview.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Bryan W. Nickerson 'Hillcrest; daughter, Mrs. Edith N. McClaf- ferty, Westview; a sister, Mrs. Edith H.

Baldwin, Wilmington; and six grandchildren. Services will be at the Spicer- Mullikin Funeral Home, S. Du Pont Parkway and E. Van Bur en Wilmington Manor. Monday afternoon at 1, with interment in Gracelawn Memo rial Park.

Julia Ben nett Covey, 85, of 409 Pennsylvania Ave. died Thursday night at the Maple Grove Convalescent Home, Millsboro, after a long illness. Mrs. Covey, the widow of Wil liam O. Covey was a 50-year member of Mount Olivet Meth odist uiurcn nere and was a member of the Acorn Club of Seaford.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Evelyn B. Robinson of Seaford, and a granddaughter. Services will be tomorrow aft ernoon at 2 at the Watson Fu neral Home here, where friends may call tonight. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Seaford.

Mrs. Herbert E. Green SLAUGHTER BEACH Mildred M. Green, 68, a resident of the Slaughter Beach area for eight years, died yesterday in Milford Memorial Hospital after a long illness She formerly lived in Chester, Pa. Surviving are her husband.

Herbert ureen; two sons, Donald W. Gray Sr. of Milton and George T. Gray Sr. of Brook haven, a stepson, Herbert E.

UPPER MONTCLAIR, N. J. lB-Funcral services will be held Monday for Henry Barker Fernald, a former member of the fiscal committee of the League of Nations, who died Thursday at his home here. He was 89. PHILADELPHIA tf Helen Dolores Hutchinson, 63, deputy director of the Free Library of Philadelphia, died Thursday at Hahnemann Hospital here.

Mr. Taylor played baseball with the Christiana and Eleventh Ward Clubs. He also played football and basketball with area clubs. He was employed at the Du Pont Co. Chambers Works, Deepwater, N.

for 22 years. He was an Army veteran of World War I. Mr. Taylor is survived by his widow, Mrs. Josephine Gaska Taylor.

H. Lee Lynch BERLIN, Md. H. Lee Lynch, 83, a retired cabinetmaker and carpenter for the Adkins Co. here, died Thursday at his Berlin home of an apparent heart attack.

Rubin D. Segars FEDERALSBURG, Marie Magers Segars, 78, widow of Rubin D. Segars, died at her home on Greenbridge Road Thursday afternoon after a long illness. Mrs. Segars, a lifelong, resident of Caroline County who lived in the Federalsburg area 55 years, belonged to the First Church of God and was its organist for many years.

Her husband, a commercial egg and poultry man, died in 1958. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn V. Donovan of near Bridgeville, and Mrs. Anita Richardson of Federalsburg; a niece reared by the family, Mrs.

Helen Lewis of Federals- Thomas A. Culhane a retired Marine Corps colonel, was dead on arrival at Wilmington General Division Thursday after being found in his car in his garage. The Culhane home is on Mock ingbird Hill near Hockessin. Col. Culhane, who would have been 53 on Feb.

16, was a veteran of World War II and the Korea War. He retired from the Marine Corps in 1963 after an assignment in Vietnam. Since then he had been in the insur ance business. According to Dr. Ali Z.

Hame- li, state medical examiner, Col. Culhane died of carbon monoxide poisoning. He said there was no evidence of foul play. The victime was found in the garage about 4 Thursday after noon by his son, Christopher Thomas Culhane, 17, shortly after the youth got home from school. The colonel's widow, Mrs.

Eli nor Culhane, was at work at the time. Col. Culhane was pronounced dead at 5 p.m. Thursday. Police reported the victim had stuffed paper around a door which leads from the kitchen of the home to the attached garage.

At the time he was found, police added, the engine of the car was racing and the colonel's foot was still pressed on the accelerator. Police said the vie tim did not leave a note. Col. Culhane was born in Val lejo, Calif. He was graduated from the U.S.

Naval Academy at Annapolis, in 1937 and was among 200 graduates of the Army War College, Carlisle, Barracks, Class of 1955-56, His World War II service was in China and the Pacific Theater, including Okinawa. He also served in South America. His decorations include the Legion of Merit with two gold stars, the Bronze Star and the Ulichi Medal from Korea. In addition to his widow and son, he is survived by a daughter, Miss Deborah Anne Culhane, a student at the University of Delaware, and two sisters, Mrs. Carol C.

O'Connell, Santa Clara, and Mrs. Con stance C. Stultz, Washington, D.C. Services will be in Arlington (Va.) National Cemetery, at 3 Tuesday afternoon. There will be no viewing.
