TUESDAY, APRIL 1G. 1947 BI/KTHKVIMiE (AKK.y COURIER NEWS Here is what your CANCER Drive dollars will do: 1. Educate, by every available means, all persons to the "danger signals" of CANCER. 2. Continue the ceaseless search for the cause of CANCER. Science has dedicated itself to this end. CANCER will, one day, be a "thing of the past!" 3. Provide funds for the operation of the Mobile Cancer Detection Clinic and for hospitalization and transportation for treatment of CANCER victims who cannot pay, as determined by local committees. 4. Help establish, if possible, a CANCER Research Center in the great State of Arkansas. 5. Provide for an endowment of surplus funds toward an eventual CANCER Hospital. f This is the PROGRAM dedicat? ed to the saving of thousands of i lives.
