Hosts for the event were Barbara and Bob Finkle and the couple's children, Christine Amick, Janie Duerson, Joddy and JoelTieslau. The couple were married on July 26, 1 970. They have lived in-the Reno area for 25 years. Mr. and Mrs.

Jesus Garcia Garcia Dixon Rachel Dixon and Jesus Garcia were married on Aug. 4 at the Adventure Inn. The bride is the daughter of Jose Najera of Guatemala City, Guatemala. Garcia is the son of Jesus Garcia of Mexico City, Mexico. After a honeymoon at the Adventure Inn, they make their home in Reno.

The bride is the daughter of Gerald and Margaret Heckenlively of Vancouver, and Geraldine May of Reno. She graduated from Reed High School. She is employed by First Interstate Bank. Uhl is the son of Richard L. and Linda E. Uhl of Round Mountain. He graduated from Tonopah High School and UNR. He is employed by the Army.

Abend is the son of Frank and Edna Abend of Carson City. He graduated from Carson High School and received a degree in management and accounting from UNR. He is employed by Sears.

Maid of honor was Tami Brundin. Best man was Dave Abend. Bridesmaids were Kelli Bliss and Elaine Marriott. Ushers were Jeff Jones and Chris Weber. After a honeymoon to Europe, they make their home in Reno.

Mr. and Mrs. David Sayer Sayer Rodrigue Kathie Rodrigue and David Sayer were married on May 27 at Mackay Mansion, Virginia City. The bride is the daughter of Thomas Rodrigue and Jeanette Jorgensen, both of Reno. She graduated from Reed High School.
