The bride is the daughter of Marlyn Flanigan of Reno and Daniel Hernandez of San Jose, Calif. She graduated from Silver Creek High School, San Jose, and is attending Truckee Meadows Community College.

She is employed at Computing Resources. Hansen is the son of Darlene and Gary Hansen of Reno. He graduated from Hug High School and is attending the University of Nevada, Reno. He is employed by YESCO. Maid of honor was Miranda Hernandez.

Best man was Tim Day. Bridesmaids were Denise Challendar, Gretchen Deknicker, Lisa Gonzalez, Laura Griffin, Tina Bussey and Jeanette Bussey. John Capdeville The Capdevilles -25 years John and Barbara Capdeville celebrated their 25th anniversary on June 14 with family and friends at Sardine Lake. They renewed their wedding vows and had a dinner party at Sardine Lake Lodge. Hosts for the event were their son, Jake, and their daughter, Tiffany. The couple were married on June 14, 1970, at the Old Mission, San Juan Bautista, Calif. He is a self-employed insurance agent with Farmers Insurance Group.

She is a fourth-grade teacher with Washoe County School District. They have lived in the Reno area for 30 years. They also are taking a trip to Alaska. Marquardt Vill Kory Vill and Gary Marquardt are planning a Sept. 9 wedding at Lake Tahoe.

Johnson Sr. celebrated their 25th anniversary on May 23 with a trip to Las Vegas. The couple were married on May 23, 1 970, in San Anselmo, Calif. He is a motor vehicle operator for the Post Office. She is a technical compliance coordinator at International Game Technology.

They have lived in the Reno area for six years. Their children are Brenda Ann Johnson and David Gordon Johnson Jr. I tk, -I II i.7v ir Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Claiborne Claiborne Beckenhauer Melinda Beckenhauer and Glenn Claiborne were married on April 8 at Harrah's Reno.

The bride is the daughter of Arnie Beckenhauer of Seattle and Carolyn Koehler of Sacramento, Calif. She graduated from Los Altos High School, Los Altos, and the University of Washington, Seattle. Claiborne is the son of Roxie Willis of Reno and the late Allen Claiborne. He graduated from Hug High School and is employed by the Army. Matron of honor was Melanie Heller.

Best man was Cameron Claiborne. Bridesmaids were Michelle Costales, Gwen Richie, Jess Sanborn and Janelle Beckenhauer. Ushers were Greg, Zachary and Kevin Claiborne and Rory Buckner. After a honeymoon to San Diego, they make their home in Clarksville, Tenn. ST.

PAUL'S DINADANCEHOP A dina dancesock hop will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Aug. 2 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 1 660 Grandview Ave. There will be food for sale and the church's band, The Other Band, will be performing.
