Formerly director research and development for Mansfield Tire Rubber Mr. Partenheimer served as a special consultant in recent years. He was credited with a number of innovations in the industry, including a "run flat" tire for the military.

He joined Mansfield in 1941 after serving with B. F. Goodrich in Akron and Kitchener, Ont. in Minerva, was dead on arrival at Canton Aultman Hospital. Ralph Soliday, 53, of 1404 Paris Paris, driver of the truck, was treated at the hospital.

McCreery-Finefrock funeral home in Magnolia will arrange services for Lucas. A bachelor, he lived with bis parents. MINERVA Rodney L. Lucas, 26, of Rt. 1, Magnolia, was killed late Wednesday night when his car and a pickup truck collided on U.

Procter, 72, of 1159 Reed who plunged from the High Level Bridge between Akron and Cuyahoga Falls shortly after noon Wednesday, will be at 10 a. m.

Procter was found in two feet of water in a creek beneath the bridge. His car was found parked on the Cuyahoga Falls side of the bridge. Summit County Coroner A. H. Kyriakides ruled the death a suicide.

Born i Russellville, Mr. Procter lived in Akron 50 years. He retired seven years ago as a shift foreman at B. F. Goodrich, where he worked 40 years.

He leaves his wife, Leona a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Fin-ley, Euclid; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Josephine Juhuasz, 67 Mrs. Josephine M.

Juhuasz, 67, of 386 Chittenden st. died Wednesday in the Edgewater nursing home, Lake Milton, after a long illness. Born i Yugoslavia, Mrs. Juhuasz lived in Akron 40 years and was a member of the Croatian American Club and the Croatian Ladies Club. She leaves two daughters, Mrs.

Ann Gulledge, LaPalma, and Mrs. Margaret Szabo, Kent; a son, Anthony Phillips, Akron; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Johnson, Northfield. Services will be at 1 p. m.

Saturday at the Dunn-Quigley Akron chapel, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Friday. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery. Viola Wagner, Long Illness Mrs.

Viola M. Wagner, 91, of 1358 Beardsley a longtime Akron resident died Wednesday in Massillon City Hospital after a long illness. Born in Warwick, Mrs. Wagner was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.

She leaves two sons, Lewis, Akron, and William Canton four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mass will be at 9 a. m. Saturday at St. Paul's, with burial in Sts.

Phillip and James cemetery, Canal Fulton. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Friday at the Dunn-Quigley Akron Chapel. Hosey Infant Rites Friday Graveside services for two-month-old Thomas Leon Hosey, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Franklin Hosey, 375 W. Cedar will be at 10 a. m. Friday in Copley cemetery.

The infant was dead on arrival Tuesday at Akron Children's Hospital. The coroner will rule. He retired in 1969 from the Ornamental Iron Works Co. where he had been employed since 1942. He was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church and its Altar Society and the Greater Beneficial Union. He leaves his wife, Katie; a son, Alexander, Cuyahoga Falls; thrfee daughters, Mrs.

Born in Lon-S" don, Mr. Ray came to theU. S. in 1898. He has lived in the Falls since 1918.

retired from B. F. Goodrich i Mr. Ray 1955 after almost 39 years of service. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Cuyahoga Falls and had been a deacon and Sunday, school teacher.

He was the first president of the Dads of Foreign Service club, founded in 1946. Mr. Ray also had been a former Scoutmaster, a mem-ber of the Cuyahoga Falls Golden Age Club, the Goodrich Twenty Year Club and a crossing guard for the Falls. He leaves his wife, Beatrice sons George Richmond Cal. and William Fresno, Cal.

Mrs. Bradley was living with her daughter, Mrs. Kathleen Futrell of Portage Lakes the last several months. She was born in Pittsburgh, and lived in Akron 55 years. The last five years she was the housekeeper at the St.

Francis De Sales Catholic Church rectory. She was a member of that church and was a former member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She also leaves another daughter, Mrs. Maxine Sen-delbach, Akron; sister, Mrs.

Carolyn Jenkins, Portage Lakes, and seven grandchildren. Mass will be at St. Mary's at 10 a. m. Saturday.

The Portage Lakes Eagles Ladies Auxiliary 2736, of which Mrs. Bradley was a member, will hold services at 7:30 p. m. Friday at the Dunn Quigley Akron Chapel. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery.

He retired from GAC in 1962, with nine years' service. Before going to GAC, he worked in a salvage yard. Mr. Bowman was a veteran of World War I. He leaves his wife, Josie L.

Vegso lived in Akron 36 years. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Grimes and Mrs. Mary Waukum; a stepson, Richard, all of Akron; seven grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Velma Watson, of New Mexico.

Kolodziejczak Rites Saturday Services for Joseph Kolodziejczak, 76, of 487 Patterson will be at 10 a. m. Saturday at St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, with burial in Holy Cross cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 3 and 7 to 9 p.

Kolodziejczak died Tuesday in St. Thomas Hospital after a short illness. He retired in 1960 from General Tire, where he was a tire builder 27 years and a member of URW Local 9. He was a member of St. Hedwig's, its Holy Name Society and the Polish Roman Catholic Union Lodge 977.

He leaves his wife, Magda-lena; three sons, Paul Koly, Akron, Henry Koly, Stow, and Richard Koly, Tallmadge; three daughters, Mrs. Rita Pauly, Tacoma, Mrs. Florence Dietrich, Mentor, and Mrs. Christine Cornell, Dunellen, N. 17 grandchildren; and two brothers and three sisters in Poland.

Jimmy Brady Riles Saturday Services for Jimmy Allen Brady, who died Wednesday in Green Cross Hospital after a long illness, will be Saturday at 1 p. m. at the Hopkins Akron chapel with burial in Hillside cemetery. Mr. Brady, 36, of 372 Alpha worked for Goodyear for 14 years, was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and a Navy veteran.

He leves his wife, Ruth A. son, Jimmy Dean, and daughter, Penny both at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Brady; brother, Ronald A. and sister, Mrs.
