tonight that rank Hironomous who is alleged to have assisted in the escape of William Davis from the prison last December had been located in Montreal Canada where under the name of rank Davenport he Is serving a short sentence in a workhouse He will be brought here in July to answer to the charge of assist ing in the escape which is a felony under Ohio laws $4 government to take good care Club Mr Walker is prominently identified with the club and he has given the Board of Health a promise that he will make an effort to have the club give Its formal sanction to the erection of the addition At a meeting of the Health Board yes terday morning arrangements were made to have one of the members appear be fore the directors of the club at Its meeting this week to explain just what the health authorities desire in the way of improve ments at the hospital A Would Give Prestige If the sanction of the club is obtained it is believed the board can then go to the City Council and ask for the appro priation with a greater prestige than if no action were taken by the club It is estimated that the contagious disease hospital will cost approximately $100000 An effort also is to be made to obtain an appropriation for the con struction of a hospital and a new pathological laboratory The cost of the improvements contemplated at the present time and which the Health Board declares are necessary for the welfare of the hospital will reach ap proximately $250000 City Controller Howard Kimball said yesterday he could not tell just what the finances could stand in the way of appropriations for the City Hospital at this time He said however that if a bond issue were requested that amount might be executed without going beyond the debt limit conflicts The oil strewn by the
