He was retired from the Goodyear Tire Rubber Co. as foreman with 40 years service. He was born in Medina and had been a resident of the Cuyahoga Falls and Stow area 67 years. He retired from Burger Brewery after 27 years as a truck driver in 1 967, and was presently home where wake services will be held tonight 8 p.m. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Thomas Hospital after a long illness. Mr. Catalano was born in Sicily and lived in Akron since 1917. He retired in 1966 from Hamlin Metal Products, where he had worked for 26 years. He was a member of St.

Anthony's Church. Mr. Catalano is survived by wife, Anna sons, Tony Joseph both of Akron, Sam, of California, Frank and Andy, of Cuyahoga Falls, Steve, of Stow; sister, Mrs. Rosalie Catalano, of Sicily; 25 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Mass of the Christian Burial 9:30 a.m.

Morrison, 91, of 5843 Renninger died April 9 at Akron General Medical Center. He was born in Curllsville, and moved to the Akron community in 1924. He worked at the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company as a machinist for 31 years. He was a member of the Firestone Park Baptist Church. He is survived by son, Melvin of daughters, Margaret Points of Akron, and Gladys Stout of Akron; sister, Zelda Ohler of Franklin, six grandchildren; 1 1 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

He retired, with 35 years service, from the Muehlstein and Company. Mr. Fox was a member of Annunciation. His survivors include wife, Sarah; daughter, Patricia Sollers; son, Thomas, all of Akron; and five grandchildren. There will be no calling hours.

Mrs. Friedel was a housewife and was a member of St. Christophers Church in Rocky River. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; and is survived by her daughters, Rita Nist of Fresno, Jane Killeen of Danville, Leone Carroll of Pittsburg, and son. Rev.

Gallagher, 75, formerfy of 247 Kathron passed away April 9 in St. Augustine General Hospital following a short illness. Mrs. Gallagher was born in Gkxis-ter, Ohio and had lived in Palm Coast, Fla. for the past two years.

She was formerly a ward secretary at Akron City Hospital. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Richard (Dick) and Norma, of Palm Coast, grandchildren, Richard L. Gallagher of St. Augustine, Pamela Skorman of Rochester, N.Y.; great-granddaugter, Stephanie Skorman; and sister, Wanda Kincaid of Morganton, Ga. There will be no calling hours.

A resident of Barberton 45 years, he had worked at the Ohio Brass Company 33 years, and retired from the Research Center in Wadsworth in 1978. Vincent Catholic Church, the Castle Garden Club, and was one of the founders of the Braile Writers Association. Mrs. Kissel is survived by her husband, Edward W. Kissel, M.D.; son, Edward W. of Fairlawn; two granddaughters, mother, Mary Reynier of Southold, N.Y.; sisters, Marie Greene of Southold, N.Y., and Joan Daly of Kinnelon, N.J.

She was a World War II Veteran of W.A.C.'S. and was a member of Forrest Hill Community Church. Mrs. Link is survived by husband, Wallace; son, Erwin Braswefl, of San Franciso, brother, Carlos Snuffer, of Cucamonga, and one grandchild. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m.

Born in Botetourt County, he lived the last 56 years in the Barberton area. He was a carpenter for 50 years, retiring 27 years ago. He was a mem rothea; sons, Ed of the residence, Kenneth B. Jr. of Littleton, daughters, Pat Matheny of Cuyahoga Falls, Janet of Denver, Judy Frederick, and Kathy Markulis, both of Stow; sister, Maxine Twyman of Melbourne, 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

(McGowan-Reid Santos, 928-1313.) Lena R. (Doncaster) Vessells Lena R. (Doncaster) Vessells, 84 beloved wife of the late Harold died April 9, 1983. Mrs. Vessells was a long time resident and business woman on Nort Hill in Akron.

She operated King Rubber Stamp, was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, North Akron Board of Trade, NE-HTA Chapter No. 500 O.E.S., and National Wildlife Federation. She is survived by niece, Winifred Chubbuck of Auroa, Ohio; nephew, Winton Doncaster of S. Euclid, Ohio; and several great-neices and great-nephews. A nephew, Glenn Heck of Hudson, Ohio; two sisters and a brother, preceded her in death.
