Last rites for Mrs. Delilah Sod- dory, 80, who died suddenly at 10:30 a. in. Tuesday, he held at the Sifcrd funeral home in Liana at 2:00 p. in.

Thursday with the Rev. E. Penhorwood, pastor the South Side Church of Christ in Lima, offl- ciaiing. Burial will he in Greenlawn cemetery. The death of Mrs.

Sodders occurred suddenly at the home of a neighbor, Mrs. Lottie Clark, Elida, where she had gone to summon a physician. Mrs. Sodders had been resident of E)lida for twenty four years. Her husband, Frank, died years ago.

Surviving are: four SOUK, Bruce, with the United Slates immigration service stationed at Algonac, Michigan; Darrel, Elida; Edward, at home; and IHiarry, St. Marys. a daughter, Mrs. J. J.

Arnold, West Second street, and Lawrence V. Fritz, son of Charles Fritz, South Pierce street. The ceremony, of a very quiet nature, took place at Cincinnati. The couple was unattended. Theifr wedding trip was taken threugh the South.

Mr. Fritz is of the Fritz Machine Works in this city. He and Mrs. Fritz will be at home in the near future in their newly- purchased residence at 406 South Pierce street. WEDNESDAY, OCT.

Numltcr of Delphos Business Men fo Hear Discussion of Service Price Ceilings Meeting to he Held Tonight at Memorial Hall in Lima. A number of Delphos business nu'ii are planing to go to Lima this pvming to attend a meeting spon- soied by the Toledo d'strict Otlico of Price Administration. The meeting be held in Memorial hall and will start at 7:30 o'clock. Victor II.

Barnes, price specialist for OPA and Ort D. Wearley, Toledo district OPA manager, will conduct the meeting and will explain in detail price ceiling's in various services. Open discussion of various proUlems will be encouraged at the meeting. Every person engaged 111 selling to the public is invited to attend. That Includes any kind of repair service, hat cleaning, shoe chining, undertaking, laundry and dry cleaning and many others.

Purpose of the meeting, is explained, is to familiarize every person and linn with the price ceiHng provisions of OPA prior to launch- ing the enforcement program. It is emphasized that price ceilings now am in effect, but there have been numerous violations, which OPA pluns to end in the near future. All service businesses were required to file price ceilings schedules prior to Sept. 10. The Allen county ration'ng board will conduct a meeting at the Jefferson school here on Monday night, (Xtobrr 10, for purpose of explaining ceiling- prices in various types of business.
