Address, A false report concerning the re' suit of the Jefferson game was current in Delphoa Saturday night. This was due to misinformation which was given to Hotz and Hotz by, some unknown person, at Shawnee. This local restaurant placed a call for Shawnee and was informed, that Jeft erson had won the game.

As the information was repeated three times by their informant, the local people considered the report correct and. so reported it to. persons who called to get the result, the encounter. 1 Butch Rotli says that tho reason John's lost was because they had new uniforms. He said that he has never seen it fall in any sport that every time a team is outfitted with new uniforms during the season for a special they nri ably lose.

Well, well, maybe you're right. Butch, but we thought we saw some other reasons for the loss. Failure to show their usual accuracy from the foul line was one. Just being, a little below par in teamwork, retrieving the ball and shooting in general was another. OE course, these might have been due to the new uniforms, but what about' the extra heavy guarding of Huysman and the shooting of Ripley? It was a sick lot of Dolphos fans Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening.

As far as that is concerned, however, other schools lost and they, no doubt, suffered just as keen disappointment. Commissioner of Internal Revenue 1 Guy T.
