All the girls have passed the tenderfoot test, several are second class Scouts, and many are working for, different merit badges. Some of the Scouts have never missed a meeting when in town, and no one ever misses a hike or a party. Some have been so busy with school work this winter, that they have neglected Scout work, but the mothers feel that if theyj ind had nothing more than thej wholesome social life of the! Scouts, it would have been worth while. All hope to do much more after school closes.

The Scouts were organized, arid for the entire two years have ien under the supervision of Miss Mary Louise Davis, and- to her is due the success of the organization, and for her untiring interest and loving care the Scouts and their mothers wish to express their appreciation. The young couple will be married early in May, sailing to the Orient on'their honeymoon. They will reside there for a time at least Miss Cravens will graduate from the University of California next month. She is a girl of much charm, with a fine mentality. She is a Delta Gamma. Her fiance is a graduate of the University of Missouri and served over seas.

We wish to thank everyone for their kind interest in this project the success of which will be a great thing for our tourists and for Neosho. In the near future our surveying and topography maps will be completed and then we can give more detailed information to anyone desiring same.

Ditch digging and pipe laying on the sewer line is progressing most satisfactorily. The line is now under the Frisco railroad and will probably be within the city limits today or tomorrow. ARCULARIUS Notice to General Public Notice is hereby given to al persons dumping offensive rubbish and tin cans within tin; cor porate limits'of the City of Neosho, Missouri, or on public highways leading out of said city, except on public dumping grounds as provided by ordinance, that such practice must stop at once.
