The grand jury investigation came to light when attorney Oscar Goodman, who is representing Stardust chief executive Allen Glick and food and beverage director Frank Rosenthal, filed a motion in federal court this week to quash or modify subpoenas served on the two men. Goodman charged in the motion that the subpoenas are "overly broad and vague as to the documents sought to be brought and produced before the grand vry7' According to the motion, the subpoenas asked that Glick and Rosenthal bring to the grand jury Jan. 10 "records and ledgers of all tips or gratuities received by the AKU-AKU, Moby Dick, Palm Room, Lounge Show and Lido showroom from Jan. 1974 through December 1977."
