The talented young singer, a Reno resident who has just scored heavily on the RCA Victor recording scene, will be replacing the Bob Crosby Show which shutters on Saturday night after a highly successful engagement. On the billing with Fanelli will be the Diplomats and a ft i y-. it if i tni Then Frankie's regular ring-siders started to include Frank Sinatra, Vince Edwards and a flock of other show biz citizens, so finally the news did reach Hollywood. Four beautiful Tahitian maidens and the same number of personable gentlemen bring the lure of the islands to Reno and the Riverside Hotel. Grass skirts, swords, fire clubs, drums, native instruments, flower leis and an abundance of tropical talent set the pace for The Royal Tahitians. The Royal Tahitians boast an impressive list of appearances, which includes featured spots on both ABC and NBC television, a "held-over" date at Chicago's famed Edgewater Beach Hotel, the International Trade Fair, and the Chicago Music Festival. Record albums recorded under several different labels are highlighted with "Dancers of Tahiti," "Lure of Tahiti" and "Little Brown Gal." Following their Riverside engagement the group will be heading for Disneyland where they will appear throughout the season for the fourth consecutive year. If one boasts a strong imagination, he may even feel the soft breezes of the South Seas as the romance of the islands unfold in the Showroom of the Riverside. i I frTltWWM1 i 4 BOBBY i FRANKIE FANELLI, the personable young singer who resides in Reno, has moved into the stellar spot in the show now in the Casino Showroom of the Mapes Hotel. New Series Actress Signed y-i May Heatherly, who studies bull fighting as well as acting, had been signed to a continuing role in NBC-TV's full-hour action-adventure series "The Man From U.N.C.L.E.," which will be seen on -Tuesdays starting in September.

Red-haired Miss Heatherly, 22, was bom and raised in Hollywood, but had to go to Spain to be discovered as an actress. Following her graduation from Hollywood High School, May and her parents lived in Spain for three years.
