"BACK-TO-SCHOOL" is on importont phrase for every motorist to remember, too! Here in Blytheville we have a particular problem in the traffk on Chickasawba near the schools. Of course the fence to be built by the Jaycees will help provide for the children's safety.. .but careful driving is still of the highest importance. Follow these 3 rules: 1. Know all traffic rules, especially the special regulations effective in school zones. 2. Drive slowly and keep a sharp eye open for caution signs (and running children). 3. See that your car is in perfect condition (particularly your brakes). Now with children going BACK-TO-SCHOOL it's most important that you be able to STOP—AND SAVE A CHILD!
