26, 1994 at his residence. Mr. Bender was born in Wadsworth, where he was a lifelong resident and attended the Grace and Truth Tabernacle, He was a U.S. Army veteran, Serving in World War II, and enjoyed fishing. He was a valve builder at Conval, retiring in 1982 with 15 years service, and was also a self-employed painter and floor sander.

Mr. Bender is survived by son, Leslie C. Beichler of Wadsworth; son and daughter-in-law, Jason R. and Becky Bender of Guilford Township; daughter, Cynthia R. Wheeland of Wadsworth; three grandchildren; sister, Gloria Ott of Wadsworth.

Cicora was a 1942 graduate of Northfleld High School. He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army's 703rd Engineers Corps during World War II. He retired from the Terex Corp. in 1984.

He leaves behind his loving wife of nearly 48 years, Dorothy (nee Griffiths); daughter, Elaine; son-in-law, Brad, Albing; and his darling granddaughters, Julia and Kate. His family and ever-supportive friends and neighbors will remember him as a strong and courageous man, a devoted friend, and a fighter to the last. Miller was a member of the United Methodist Church of Tiptonville, and was a prior member of the Hudson, Ohio, American Legion. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was retired from Morse Control of Hudson. Survivors include his mother, Carrie Miller of Tiptonville, sons, Joseph Miller of Streetsboro, Ronnie Miller of Ravenna, James Martin of Florida, William Martin, Larry Martin of Anchorage, Alaska; daughters, Elizabeth Brom of Streetsboro, Bonnie Pugh of Ravenna, Donna Miller of Stockbridge, 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
