Samuel McClelland, one of Transfer's oldest citizens, whose death was noted before as occurring at his home in that on Wednesday, December 20, was gedSa years. He was born in Hunt ngton county, and moved to this part of the state with his parents when but a child. Leroy ChittenQen and Miss Martha, of Transfer. His wife died a few years ago. He had a faithful member of the Baptist church ior forty three years. The Mineral services took place on Friday, conducted by his passor, Rev. T.

B. Marlin; interment in Transfer cemetery. HENRY CHRISTMAN. Henry Christman, of Chicago, died Sunday, aged about 51 years. Mr.

Cbristman is a brother of our 'townsman F. Christman, and Mrs. William Kemp, another brother and his mother live in Conneaut, The cause of his death was pneumonia. His wife lust returned from the hosp'tal where she had been treated for the same trouble. It is possible the remains may be brought here for interment, when Mrs.

Mr. and Mrs, Stuart, who will reside in Greenville, are well known in this, city, which was formerly the home of the groom, as well as of the bride, and in their new relations in life will be attended by the best wishes of all.
