has filed suit in Washoe District Court claiming they and the former Reno area developer were misled in the sale of the Arlington Towers apartment complex. The suit names as defendants Chicago attorney Samuel Zell, who bought the massive complex in 1969, and an Illinois law firm that advised the Cavanaughs.
