A recent newcomer to Greensburg is Oskar Rust, who has become the owner of The Fair Store, owned for about 20 years by Harry Hillabold. This store was founded by Frank Batterton 30 years ago and was located at first on the west side of the square. Roy Jones bought it from Batterton about 25 vears ago and moved it to the north side.

The Fair has become a fixed, stable Greensburg institution for the past third of a century. Mr. Rust the new owner, has had his eye on Greensburg and Decatur county for several years, as he came from his home in Little Rock, to visit his son, Oskar, am family here. says he has seen a lot of. the U.
