Keeler Pal Picketed At Nightclub SUNNYSIDE, England (P) Mandy RiceDavies, the 19-year-old blonde who figured in the Christine Keeler-John Profumo scandal, is indignant over a protest march against her nightclub act at this coal mining town. "I could sue those demonstrators," Mandy fumed. "They better remember I'm a member of Equity (the performers' union) before making remarks about me." Customers packed the Blue Parrot for Mandy's opening and applauded her warmly.

But outside, 70 picketsmostly church representatives marched in Miss protest. "Why are these people complaining?" Rice-Davies asked Mandy. "What happened in the past is over." Utah Teachers Start Walkout SALT LAKE CITY (P) Utah teachers began a two-day walkout today to press their demands for more money to educate the state's 270,000 pupils. Gov. George D.

Clyde's refusal last week to call a special legislative session to consider more school money triggered the Utah Education Assocation's call for a walkout today and Tuesday. Most schools were ordered to stay open today, although teachers were reported absent in droves. Teen Mobs Run Wild In Britian LONDON (P) -Heavily reinforced police squads patroled resorts on England's southern resort coast today, on guard against a fresh rampage of violence from hordes of roistering teen-agers. Sixty youngsters were held in jail overnight at Margate, and 22 at Brighton. Youths clashed by the hundreds at Margate Sunday.

Store windows were smashed and beach furniture burnt Sunday. Police were taunted and physically attacked. Armed Girls Free Psycho Ward Pal YORK -Two teen-aged girls armed with a switch knife invaded a hospital in Queens and held blade an attendant at bay while a 19-year-old boyfriend fled the hospital's psychiatric ward in his pajamas. The two girls and the patient, William Ward, still were at large today. Already arrested, for allegedly enticing an inmate from an institution, was Stanley Diamond, 19, who police said, drove the getaway car for the girls and Ward.

Ward was in an 11th-floor psychiatric ward on Saturday night, resting from what police said was an overdose of barbiturates, when the girls freed him. Strip, Spank Schoolgirls, 18! HELSTON, England (P) L. L. Smith, headmistress of Helston Grammar School, admitted today she held two 18-year-old senior girls while their bare bottoms were spanked, but to reveal the girls' names or that of the spanker. "Yes, I admit two girls were given a whacking," the headmistress said.

"And it was on their bare bottoms. I had to hold them while it was being done." J. L. Guise, the school's headmaster who was scheduled to retire this year, left the school a few days ago and the school's board of governors confirmed that his resignation had been accepted. "Certain matters at the school are under investigation," said Governors Chairman Edward Cunnack.

"I'll say no more than that." N. Y. Apartment House Blast Fatal NEW YORK (P) gas explosion in a six-story apartment house killed Benjamin Smith, 19, and injured three others Sunday. The blast tore out a 15-foot section of sidewall in the building on E. Sixty-sixth st.

Thirty-six families were removed by firemen and 48 other families were left without gas, electricity or water. Police said the explosion was caused by gas from a kitchen stove in a fifth floor apartment. 'Obsolete' B-26 Being Rebuilt VAN NUYS, Cal. (P) A new version of an old warplane is being readied for new flights, new fights, and a new name: the B-26-K Counter Invader. Forty old B-26 bombers are being converted under a $13 million Government contract awarded to the On Mark Engineering at Van Nuys Airport.

B-26s saw action in World War II, Korea, and Bay of Pigs invasion. According to On Mark officials, the rebuilt planes will soon be ready for anti-guerrilla missions of the most difficult type. Jesse James' Last Neighbor Dies OXFORD, O. (AP) One of the last links with the legendary Jesse James gang of bank and train robbers will be buried this week. Harvey C.

"Harry" Hoffman, former marshal of Jackson County, and a friend of Frank James and Cole Younger in their later, peaceful days, died Sunday. He was 90. Hoffman, who came to southwestern Ohio two decades ago, liked to tell about living next door as a child to "Mr. Jesse James under an alias. This was in Kansas City, the seat of Jackson County.

Jews Bid To Picket Jordan At Fair NEW YORK The American Jewish Congress said today it asked the World's Fair Corp. for a permit to picket the Jordanian Pavilion to protest what it termed "false, defamatory and malicious material designed to incite hatred against Israel and the Jewish people." Dr. Joachim Prinz, president of the Congress, wired Robert Moses, president of the Fair, requesting permission for dozen pickets at the Jordanian Pavilion at 10 a. m. May 25.

The Jordanian hibit speaks of "terror's fierce practitioners" using their "gains the Jordan's course and make the desert bloom with warriors," and Prinz asserted that the exhibit violated the Fair's theme, "Peace Through Understanding," and its bylaws.
