25 From 1A The Children's Cabinet will manifest its expanding commitment Aug. 25 when it officially unveils the Wilbur D. May Youth Center, a professional building bought and donated by the May Foundation and Dixie May. It will become a one-stop shop for youth and family interventions, alternative education and health programs, job training and social services. Jeremy Smith, 18, who works as a printer for the operation, has been a Children's Cabinet client since 13. The recent Sparks High School graduate plans to attend Truckee Meadows Community College in the fall.
