Dad's Best Fashions Are Translated for the Boys In schoolrooms and campuses across the nation this fall, it's good-bye to 'Sloppy Junior" hello to a different kind of student one who dresses right because he likes to feel right. The "Dress Right" programs launched by students in hundreds of communities have gathered noticeable momentum since the experimental days of. the program in Buffalo, N.

reports the American Institute of Men's and Boy's Wear. The American boy is more and more displaying the Ivy style accents of his Dad's wardrobe. And -purpose of the plan-he's feeling better, performing better and behaving better. The Ivy look, characterized by the single-breasted, three button suit or sport jackets; slacks with pleatless fronts and tapered legs, medium gray flannels and buttondown shirts dominates in new wardrobes for boys.
