Also Named Garden Leader Well Qualified Mrs. William S. Rial Jr. Is Center's New President By GARNETTE JONES The Pittsburgh Garden Center's new president, Mrs. William S.

Rial comes into her position fully qualified. She is a charter member. of the Windowbox Garden Club, was chairman May Market in 1963, works for the dried plant and Christmas sales, and was a director of the center while Mrs. J. Harold Autenreith was president.

Items of business at the general meeting of the center included the reappointment of Mrs. Frank L. Seamans of Perennial Garden Club as recording secretary and Mrs. Albert Allen of Country Lane Garden Club as assistant treasurer. Reappointed directors were Mrs.

John T. Dickinson of Dark Hollow and Mrs. George B. Moore of Village Garden Club in Sewickley. Mrs.

Donna K. Hasley, of MRS. RIAL Churchill, Mrs. Homer R. Stanier, of Ross Township and Mrs.

Kenneth G. Jackson, of Rockledge were newly directors. Some 225 women attended the luncheon, business meeting and election. Mrs. Nora Burton of Cork City, Ireland, will be guest speaker tomorrow for the meeting of the Pennsylvania division of Women's National Farm and Garden Assn.
