"He only has one victim, but it has been a long-standing situation," said Deputy District Attorney Jim Shewan. "He is definitely dangerous as to this victim." Lyons is white, 5-foot-ll, 155 pounds with blond hair and green eyes. He works as a plumber and drives a white 1976 Chevrolet van with one door a different color white than the rest of the vehicle.
