Hannifin said that until Daner can be questioned, he couldn't put "much faith" in Daner's claim. DeLillo has flatly denied any wrongdoing as alleged by Nemerov ana uaner. The board recommended a one-year license for the 20th Century, so that any new information in the case could be brought up a year from now in relicensing proceedings. Restricted slot operations at 16 Las Vegas area locations and four Reno sites were also recommended. Reno sites include the Vassar Lounge; Star Dust Lodge; Sierra Inn; and Molly Malone's Irish Pub.

Las Vegas area locations include four Circle stores; Clean Machine; Corner Bar; Friday's Inn; Flamingo Lounge; Highlander Bar; Breaker, Breaker Bar; Fremont Village Laundry and Dry Cleaners; City Liquors; Nelhs Inn; 7-11 Store 13715; and Somerset Tavern; and Vegas Village Store.
