Proposals Talks Lend Hope To Arab Harmony Consul Here To Open Israel Bond Office The current Arab unity talks in Egypt might prove a slop toward Arab-Israel reconciliation, says the new Israeli consul to Pennsylvania. Consul Yissakhar Ben-Yaacov came, to Pittsburgh yesterday for the opening of a new Israel Bond office in the Clark Bldg. At a press conference, Mr. Ben-Yaacov took note of Die Arab-Israeli armed conflicts in 1948-49 and 1956 and the present summit conference of Arabs.

"The possibility must be considered," he said, "that Nasser is trying to get the Arab states together not for the destruction of Israel but that they can get along with Israel." He said that publicly Nas-er still ranted about "pushing the Jews Into the sea." But as Arab leaders go, Mr. Ben-Yaacov said, Nasser is by no means the worst from Israel's point of view. "If he Is to prove himself a wise statesman, he will make the Arabs realize that they must make peace with Israel," he said. Mr. Ben-Yaacov, the first Israeli consul in Pennsylvania, opened his office in Philadel phia four weeks ago.

Besides his normal consular functions promoting cultural and economic relations and tourism, he will oversee the Israel Bond program here. He estimated that there were 500,000 Jews in Pennsylvania and about 50,000 In Pittsburgh. These Pennsylvania Jews will buy more than five million dollars of Israel Bonds this year, said Simon Silverman, general chairman of the program here. Mr. Silverman and other local Jewish leaders joined Mr.

Ben-Yaacov in the opening ceremonies of the new Israel Bond office yesterday. THE U. S. Post Office now has on order an electronic addressing system which will print, date, cut, bundle and tie over 20,000 mail sack labels and facing slips for bundles of letters every hour. (Advertisement) Hoiv You May Never Take a Laxative Again! Miracle Ingredient Helps Relief Come Naturally New York, N.Y.

(Special) After 12 years' research, scientists have discovered a wonderworking substance that corrects constipation entirely without laxatives! Doctors say most constipation occurs when waste loses moisture in the colon. To give relief, laxatives have to force action by flushing, irritating or distending the intestine. The new miracle substance-known medically as dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate works in a completely different way. It is not a laxative! It simply makes natural moisture in the colon moisten and soften waste more effectively. Then normal elimination follows naturally.

Thus by working only on waste, not on you, the substance corrects constipation and restores regularity as no laxative can. This new discovery has now been made available at drugstores under the name REGU-TOL. It is safe not habit-forming. No warning on the label no prescription needed. Try REGUTOL discover for yourself that you may never need to take a laxative again! ALLEGHENY COUNTY.
