3 Obituaries C. M. Lynch Rites Slated For Tomorrow Greensburg Banker Was Senior Partner In Brokerage Firm Press State Wire GREENSBURG, July 2 Requiem mass for Charles McKenna Lynch, past presiof the Pittsburgh Stock Exchange and senior partner in the brokerage firm of Moore, Leonard and Lynch, will be at 11 a. m. tomorrow at the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral here.

Mr. Lynch, 79, died yesterday at his home. He was a director and vice president of the Dollar Sav. ings Bank of Pittsburgh and was a commander in the U.S. Navy.

He was the first appointee to the Naval Academy and World from Westmoreland, County Wars. Mr. Lynch had served with the Great White Fleet. which was ordered to tour the world by President Theodore Roosevelt. He was presIdent of the Naval Academy Alumni Assn.

He was one of the founders and the first vice president of the Greensburg Library and the community Playground Assn. Mr. Lynch was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. the Duquesne Club, Rolling Rock Club. Fox Shapel Golf Club, the Pittsburgh Golf Club and the Pike Run Country Club.

He is survived by two sons, Charles Jr. and Thomas III; four daughters, Mrs. Thomas B. Catherine Lynch, Mrs. Robert Rial and Mrs.

Vincent R. Smith Jr; three brothers, Clay Thomas and Ralph, and a sister Mrs. Jay E. Murdock. Friends will be received at the Lynch residence today.

Burial will be in the family mausoleum in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery. Max L. Dexheimer Services for Max L. heimer, owner of the Dex. heimer Plumbing will be at 1 p.

m. tomorrow at the John D. Schaub Sons Funeral Home, 425 Brownsville Oliver. Mr. Dexheimer, 59, of 1800 Arlington died Sunday.

He was born and raised in the South Hills. He was a member of the Birmingham Congregational Church, Carrick Eagles, Aerie 1520; the Mt. Oliver Volunteer Firemen; Plumbers' Union Local 27 and the Franklin Lodge Katheriving and are two his widow, sisters, Mrs. Minnie Rugh and Mrs. Lena Sanders, both of Pitts.

Micolena Bartolomucci, of Newell. died yesterday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Mrs. Bartolomucci, 73, was A member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, Newell.

Surviving are her husband. John; five daughters, Mrs. John Palermo and Mrs. Patrick Girvin, both of Pittsburgh: Mrs. Charles Fedutes, Mrs.

Jack Wilson and Mrs. Freeman Myrick; and a son. Dominic, all of Newell; 18 grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren. Friends are being received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City.

Requiem mass will be sung 10 a. m. Thursday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Coal Center. Edward H.

Eibs Sr. Services for Edward H. Eibs for 35 years a borough employe and a past president of the Brentwood Volunteer Fire Department, will be 9 p. m. tomorrow at the John H.

Slater and Sons Funeral Home, 4201 Brownsville Brentwood. Mr. Eibs, 78, of 51 Scene. ridge died yesterday in South Side Hospital. He was past president of the Allegheny County Volunteer Firemen's Assn.

He was also a member of Theodore Roosevelt Lodge 697 the Scottish Rite, and the Carpenters' Union. Flora Surviving Richter are his widow, Eibs, a daughter and a son, Mrs. Ruth Neidinger and Edward H. both of Pittsburgh. Friends are being received the funeral home.

McIlvaine, who died yesterday in his court chambers, will be at 2 p. m. tomorrow in the Washington Jefferson College Chapel.

The 56-year-old jurist complained of being ill Sunday night; but refused to call a doctor or to stay at home yesterday. Known: as a conscientious and hard-working judge, he went on the bench at approximately 9:30 a. but after a few minutes he collapsed. After being revived he insisted on walking to his chambers where he died. Dr.

Theodore R. Helmhold, pathologist for the County coroner, said an topsy showed Judge Mellvaine was suffering arteriosclerosis or hardening of the arteries. The fatal attack involved blockage 'artery, Dr. major Helm- right bold said. A member of a prominent Washington, family, he lived there at 100 Wilmont St.

He was a graduate and chairman of the board of trustees of Washington Jefferson College and was graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Law School. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Emsie Smith McIlvaine; a brother, Alexander: a daughter, Mrs. Emsie Parker; a son. John a sister, Mrs.

Lebanon. He was chairman of the Dormont Zoning Board of Adjustment from 1951 to 1956.
