Carnes Columbia City COLUMBIA CITY Kimberly Elizabeth Carney 18, of Columbia City died Tuesday afternoon, July 27, 1999, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. She was employed by Oaks Living Center in Columbia City and was a member of St.

Paul of the Cross Catholic Church there. She was a 1999 graduate of Columbia City High School where she played on the girls soccer team. She also served on the board of Whitley County United Way. She was a resident of Jennings and Grant counties until 1994 when her family moved to Columbia City. Funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m.

Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in North Vernon. Calling will be from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Smith and Sons Funeral Home in Columbia City. A Christian wake service will be conducted at 8:30 p.m.

Christopher Seymour SEYMOUR Osmar F. "Oz" Christopher, 83, of Seymour died at 7:53 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, 1999, at Memorial Hospital. He was a member and charter member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, a member of the church's foundation board, member of Lutheran Laymens League and 1978 Layman of the Year of the league's North Wisconsin District. Mize of Columbus and Pat Marvin Mize of Georgia; a brother, Herman Henderson of Mitchell; sisters, Faye Gwaltney of Indianapolis and Retta Scott of Florida; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Daisy Mobley; and a daughter, Bonnie Cross. 7, 1924, the daughter of Francis and Bertha Schuncken. She married Wilbert Probst who preceded her in death Jan. 31, 1970. She married Donald C. Rugenstein March 28, 1981.

He died June 6. Survivors include a son, Francis Probst of Waymansville; daughters, Judy Cloeter of Williamsburg, Iowa, and Julia Baxter of Waymansville; stepsons, Rudolph Rugenstein of Merlin, and Paul Rugenstein of Lehigh Acres, stepdaughters, Dolores "Dee" Bowen of Mansfield, Texas, Dorothy Sabo of Grants Pass, Ore; thrc-e sisters in Holland; seven grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother. nati. She was a 1926 graduate of North Vernon High School and' had been a secretary at the Women's Exchange Building in Cincinnati.

Graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Vernon Cemetery with the Rev. Boyde Nelson officiating. There will be no calling. Memorials may be made to Llanfair Retirement Community Life Care Fund.

Arrangements were made by Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home Mrs. Linsky was born in Jennings County June 9, 1908, the daughter of Richard and Geor-gianna Fry Cosby. She married Walter P. Linsky April 2, 1938, in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by cousins, Alma Riggs of North Vernon, Mildred and Marietta Ford, both of Madison, Lorene Celig of Indianapolis, James Fry of Zionsville, Elsworth "Bud" Fry of Bushnell, and Forrest Fry of Palm Harbor, Fla.
