He was identified by investigating officers as Robert D. Coldiron of Corbin, Ky. Orson Welles, former 'boy wonder' of the entertainment world, made his night club debut at the Riviera Hotel here last night and climaxed the act by predicting the question and the answer on the famed $64,000 question three weeks hence. Guy Walker, a daughter. Machinists Win Round In Strike LOS ANGELES, Feb. 23. UP) A federal arbitrator has ruled that members of the Internation al Assn. of Machinists employed by strikebound Western Air Lines are entitled to 10 days pay since their layoff.

The arbitration award was announced last night by Thomas Mabrey to John Sweeney, representing the union, and Ernest Brown, for WAL. The pay will go to 450 union members at the company's various terminals. The award will cost WAL approximately $70,000. The Brotherhood of Railway Clerks called a strike seven weeks ago and WAL suspended operations. At issue are wage increases and the union shop.
