HOFF Evelyn M. Hoff, 71, of Holiday City at Berkeley, died Thursday at home. Mrs. Hoff was past president of the New Jersey Congress of Parents and Teachers. She was also president of the New Jersey State PTA from 1973-75 and president of the Union County PTA from 1961-63.

She was also a member of Emmaus Chapter 183 Order of the Eastern Star, Linden; Berkeley Star Club, Toms River; and MRS. HOFF the 14th District Order of the Eastern Star Club. Mrs. Hoff was also secretary of Augusta Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, Elizabeth. She was a member of the Pinelands Reformed Church, Toms River.

Born in Jersey City, she lived in Cranford Township for 14 years before moving to Holiday City at Berkeley 10 years ago. Her husband, Carl, died in 1985.
