Because of a skull fracture received in an altercation at the Martin hotel last week, Claudio Yturryga is in a San Francisco hospital under the care of a head specialist. A dent in his head caused by blow from a water pitcher allegedly dealt by Domingo Echeverria will require special attention, according to hospital authorities. He was accompanied by a nurse, Mrs. Tony Rossi.

Delilah Ann Humphreys, a resident of Sparks since 1935, died Monday at Pocatello, Idaho. She was born at Paris Idaho, on October 28, 1873, and most of her life was spent in that state. Funeral services were conducted at Wilson-Bates chapel here Wednesday for James Henry Metzel of Ely who died last Friday. Mr. Metzel was born December 18, 1871, and came to this vicinity from Pleasant Grove, Missouri, 21 years ago. Surviving are four sons, R. E.
