Hampshires and Soulhdowns are the other three breeds represented who will be competing for their share of the $1000 premium total offered in this division A total of $3000 has been set in premiums for the swine division where last year more than 100 animals were exhibited The entry represented the largest group of swine ever assembled for a competitive event in Oklahoma The four breeds of swine which will be on hand at the 1954 fair are Poland Chinas Duroc Jerseys Berkshires and Chester Whites An equal amount of the premiums will be divided among the four breeds Superintendents for the swine division will be Ralph Diemen Cliff Ray Miltz Willard Smith and Burt Potts Bob Daugherty Benton Thomason and Jim Tomlinson will serve as superintendents in the sheep division Entries for both divisions arc scheduled to close September 10 Blanks may be secured by writing the Tulsa State Fair Box 5175 Tulsa Finest Iroduct of Housewives at Tulsa Fair Yum yum yummy might well be the first reaction of those who view the appetizing array of baked articles which will be on display in the women's building during the annual Tulsa State Fair October 2-8 Mr Paul Schmuck superintendent of the
