HITCHINSON KILLING AT PIERCE Steven Sizemore and Charley Nelson, Both Negroes, Get Into an Altercation Which Resulted in the Death of Steven Sizemore. NELSON SURRENDERED AT ONCE Stephen Sizemore a young man partly of Indian and partly ofj negro descent, was killed last Sunday evening by Chas, Nelson, a negro, at the home of the latter about fifteen miles west of Checotah. It seems that Sizemore had repeatedly threatened to kill Nelson, because he believed that Nelson was responsible for his, Sizemore'g, recent arrest on the 1 charge of horse-stealing.
