Ex-Biscuit Firm Manager Dies William G. Marsh, district manger for Sunshine Biscuit Co. until his retirement in 1967, died yesterday North Hills Passavant Hospital. Mr. Marsh, 68, lived at 263 Crestmont Road, McCandless Twp.

He was a member of Dormont Lodge 684 Syria Temple and Scottish Rite, Valley of Pittsburgh. Surviving are his widow, Blanche two daughters, Mrs. Doris' Huckenstein and Mrs. Evelyn Davis; two sons, William G. Jr.

and Roger a sister, Mrs. Ruth Cather- Ralph Lincoln, retired U. S. Army colonel who had served as district engineer for the Army Corps of Engineers here, died yesterday in St. Clair Memorial Hospital.

Col. Lincoln, 73, of 358 Midway Road, Mount Lebanon, was a 30-year Army veteran and was awarded the Legion of Merit with Oak Leaf Cluster and the Bronze Star. He was graduated from West Point and earned an engineering degree at Cornell University. Col. Lincoln was a past president the West Point Society of Western Pennsylvania and a past vice president of the Pitsburgh Post of the Society of American Military Engineers.

Mrs. Henderson, 89, of 101 Mitchell Drive, Upper St. Clair also was a life member of the Order of Eastern Star. He also starred with the Fallible Five basketball team. Surviving are his widow, Anne Barrett Cassidy; a son, Thomas a daughter, Mrs.

Audrey Walko; a sister, Mrs. Agnes Nelligan, and eight grandchildren. Friends may call starting at 7 tonight at the James J. Barry Jr. Funeral Home, 608 Warrington Allentown.
