Whitnvorth, Jr., chairman o! the Allegany County Delegation to the General Assembly, has Introduced a bill to end what he terms the "closed shop In the real estate business." The measure, introduced yesterday afternoon, would be state-wide. It would eliminate n provxion o! a state law passed by toe legislature in 1945 requiring r.n individual to have two years' experience in selling real estate for a licensed broker before he becomes eligible to take an exjunination lor his own broker's license. The bill was referred to the Committee on Licenses and Commissions.
