Five generations gather for Christmas Eve Five generations got together Christmas Eve for a Christmas gift exchange. The event was held at Mike and Becky Post's house. Besides the gift exchange everyone brought a snack tray. There were 34 people gathered for the Christmas holiday. Desaires get together for Christmas Leo and Deloris Desaire of Salina hosted a family reunion on Christmas Day for their 10 children and families. The gathering of friends and relatives was held in the Presbyterian Church basement in Solomon. This was the first gathering for the entire family in 23 years. Special guests at the reunion were Leo's brother, Xavier, and his wife, Maxine, of Hays. The Desaire family also enjoyed many visitors that day.
