Jack Moffltt, WUAB vice president and general manager, has made no determination on the broadcast crew, but It is anticipated Nev Chandler will return as play-by play announcer. Keith James, the analyst for last year's TV games, Is not expected back. Then there's the Force's radio coverage for '83-84, and It now appears the arrangement will involve a two-station network for Force broadcasts.
