Louis J. Rubenstein, a former Sharon building inspector and contractor, died yesterday in Mon-tefiore Hospital, He was a resident of the Sharon section of the city for 60 years before moving to the Riverview Apartments in Squirrel Hill. He owned the Louis J. Rubenstein Plumbing and Heating based in Sharon, and had been retired for 10 years.

Mr. Rubenstein was president of the Mercer County Lincoln Republican Club; The Mercer County campaign chairman for former Pennsylvania Governor Arthur James; a charter member of the Pliskover Free Loan Association of Pittsburgh; and a member of the Knights of Pythias. He is survived by two daughters, Ruth Spiegel of McKeesport and Mrs. Harriette Libenson of Pittsburgh; a son, Erwin of Washington; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Dizenfeld and Mrs.

Rae Schutzer, both of Pittsburgh; a brother, Moe of Florida; and five grandchildren. Services will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. in the Burton L. Hirsch Chapel, 2704 Murray Squirrel Hill, with visitation one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Pliskover Cemetery in Kennedy Twp.

The family suggests memorial contributions to charity. Clark P. Dili Clark P. Dlls, secretary of the Avalon School District for 38 years, died yesterday in the Skyvue Terrace Nursing Home, North Side. Mr.

Dils, 94, was district secretary from 1928 to 1936 and served on the Avalon School Board from 1928 to 1936. Prior to 1930, he worked as a bookkeeper for Reliance Steel Casting Co. Mr. Dils was a member of the Bellevue United Methodist Church for 52 years and a resident of Avalon for 70 years. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs.

Muriel Kennedy of Avalon and Elizabeth Dils of Mystic, Conn. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. p.m. tomorrow at the Lester C.
