1 Supervisor Qua Hailer of Wood township states that he hati brought it about that the short road totween East Alton and Wood nlvor shall be chosen- as the route for the state highway road, A resolution that effect was introduced In the county board by Mr. Hailer, and idea of making the roundabout road between Wood River and East Alton, lias been abandoned. The plat of the Short road-has been made to be included In the state highway road. Nursery Agent Makes Arrangement for Trees.
