One of Alton's Most Prominent Milliners Passes Away After Long But- frrlng, Miss Christina Winter died Thursay at her home 419 Bast Fourth treet after an illness of several weeks duration from asthma. The malady became acute the past' few ays and the end came at 2 o'clock his morning, Miss Winter was 57 ears old and practically all of her Ife was spent in Alton.
