Mary's church by the Rev. Joseph Meckel. They were attended by Mr. Fred Kllnke, a ibrother of the hrldo and Miss Lydla Stutz, a sister of the groom. The bride wore a gown of white silk and carried bride's roses In her hand.

The bridesmaid a white silk pongee gown and carried pale pink carnations. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served the party at the home of Lawrence Kllnke, a brother of the bride at Second and Henry streets. An all day reception followed at the Kllnke home in Foster township and 150 or more friends, neighbors and relatives of the young couple helped to make the celebration a complete success. The popular young couple received many valuable and beautiful presents and If good wishes were money they would be multi-millionaires. A wedding dinner was served today and a big wedding supper will be served to all guests at the Kllnke home this evening.

The Yoho minstrels, consisting of 25 Alton young men, started for Hardin this morning In the yacht Rosa- He, to give their show this W. M. Sauvage, manager of the Temple, kindly loaned the Yohos some of the left over minstrel posters he had on hand, representing all the black face artists who have appeared at the Temple In a long time, and the Yohos dexterlously and skillfully cut out all references to any other minstrel artists and pasted their own names underneath. The capltol of Calhoun has been thoroughly billed and there Is no doubt that the Kingdom will be given a genuine treat. Alton people generally regret that the Yohos have chosen to display their talent away from home and may prevail on them to delight an Alton audience with their minstrelsy.

Patrick Delelmnty's Wounds Supposed to be Very Serious as Result of Search for Bartender, Patrick Delehanty, who conducts a ealoon near Yager Park, Is recovering from the effects of a beating administered to him in an Alton saloon several days ago. Delehanty owned a saloon at East Alton until recently when he moved up to Yager Park.

A stranger he had employed as a bartender disappeared Saturday night taking with him $80 his employer's money and Delehanty came to Alton In search of the man. He failed to find his bartender but he did meet a couple of "frlende" who took offense at something he said and they attacked him beating htm on the head with a water pitcher inflicting wounds which was thought would be fatal.
