It r.i'NS ijke a Peatrie Fire. We will say of Dr. Walker Vinegar Bitters that it runs like a prairie fire. The lame of the great: Temperance Tonic is but poorly exemplified by this figure of speech: for prairie; fire runs only in one direction, whereas the reputation of the Bitters spreads toward all points of the compass with equal rapidity. We not believe there is a square mile of inhabited territory in the civilized portion of the United States where this meritorious preparation is no appreciated.

It any theoretical gentleman thinks he is prepared to show that there is "nothing in it," we advise him to go to the Prairie States, to the Mississippi Valley, to the deltas of tho Southern riveis, to Xew-England, in fact, anywhere within the limits of "Uncle Sam's real estate," and ventilate his views. By so doiug, he can raise a heartier and more general laugh than has ever yet shaken the sides of an intelligent people. Persons who have been cured can't help laughing at other people, who tell them; that the medicine which saved their lives is a fail To those who are bowed down by nervous1 IVbility and despair of ever recovering the vitor and mien ot manhood we earne stly recommend Dn. Walkers Cai.ifoesia' Vineoae Bixteks. Before they have finished the first bottle, the- will feel the restorativo principle at work in every portion of their broken-down pvs-tenvs and hope will spring up in hearts.
